Drivers License

I read in my "friend"'s status in Facebook that she had her very first driving lesson today in the Philippines which I find it so stupid. Why learn there? And why learn from other person rather than your husband? My gosh! I don't know what's gotten into her.

First and foremost, Philippine road code is way much different from New Zealand. The road and the stirring wheel are also at the opposite side. If you have learned it and got used to driving in a different setting, you'll be confusing yourself. What's on her mind?

I just thought that maybe this is her one way of saying "I'm going to have a car when I got back to NZ!" Isn't that a simple way of boasting? Very typical but strategic! Good one, my "friend!"
